97 seadoo spi no power to front of seadoo

I have just bought a seadoo spi the motor was blown so i had it rebuilt.
I put the engine back in and a brand new battery and have no power going to the front of the seadoo. The fuse at the back was not there so i replaced it with a new 15amp fuse. Now i have power as far as the plugat the magneto. When i plug the lanyard in there is no beeping and no power to the gauges. I disconnected the lanyard and the is now power going to it. I am at a deadend and cannot figure it out. Please help

Be sure the wires aren't crossed somewhere. Just re-check your wiring.
