97 gtx rpm spikeing loss of power

Hi I have a 97 seadoo gtx 787 that ran great the fist day out had lots of power and ran perfect but on my way back to shore it started to run out of gas so I put it back on the trailer and went and filled it up with 93 later on in the day took it back out and it ran perfect for about 10 min after that I started getting bad rpm spikeing from 5g to 7g and loss of power and the more you run it the worse it gets if you let it cool down it runs fine till it warms up again then the same problems I'm stumped I changed the rectifier fuel line cleans the filter and pump ran carb cleaner through it changed plugs nothing has helped so can somebody give me some more things that it could be please
