97 gti acceleration

hi new bloke hear, just bought this ski (never rode one before) seems to go well, but takes a few seconds to wind up and take off, and when i went out 3 up it really struggled, haven't tried pulling any thing yet, don't know how it would cope, any information would be very appreciated

take a gander at carbs and fuel system, after you check compression..:cheers:
