any motor or engine parts just pulled the engine apart and the piston seemed almost welded to jug the crank i had to completely beat with a sledge hammer just to get it to move even after soaking so i'm pretty sure i have screwed up most of the motor other then that the ski is in immaculate condition

meh, sounds like you just need an engine rebuild... the engine internals are all the same from the carb 951 skis.

Yeah the complete kit is only 700 so i guess rebuild is in my future thanks
