Okay, we've had this jetski since new and a few years ago the RTS died so we cut all the wires and checked for shorts and didnt find any.For the past few years we will charge the battery(a new battery each year) and try to start the jetski and the battery dies within 5-6 tries to turn it over. We have checked all the fuses, changed the plugs, checked all the lines, changed the battery and sometimes it will start but it always reads 12V LOW, any advice on what to do? Also now the starter clicks when we try to turn it over.
Thanks

Rectifier.....

Replace your rectifier, part number SKU:278001073. It will run you about $65 bucks.
If this isn't your problem, the only other thing it might be would be your magneto, stator and armature. But, chances are, it's the rectifier.

thanks!

Thanks for the help, where is the rectifier located in the jetski? on the starter in the fuse box?

do you guys reccomend any parts sites or should i just go to the local marina and have them order it?
