have a speedster that is fouling plugs after about 30 minutes of running . it will only get up to about 3grand and when you clean or change the plugs it will scream again . maybe jump up a heat range on the plugs . new oil pump installed but no adjustments were made , also carbs were cleaned and i think i set the high speed 1/4 turn , maybe set it to 0/0

hey....set LSA=1.25, HSA=0. Have you noticed if oil is being consumed more than normal?, might be bad seals now. Do compression as well...

compres is fine and he brought the boat to me for it locking with oil and most of work is out boards and when they lock with oil its 99% of the time a oil pump so i put one on his and it is not doing that any more but now he has this problem and i think i set the lsa at 2 and i may have backed off on the oil pump cam a tiny bit like a 1/4 inch

The oil injector pump must be adjusted properly for it to work. The Marks should align up with the mark on the pump. Just don't guess at it, it will end up seizing up the engine. It sounds like if its the rotary valve model that the seals are bad in the rotary chamber between the cylinders, seeping oil into the cylinders and fouling plugs.

it is not the oil pump. the inner crank seals are shot. pours oil from rotary valve drive gear area into crankcase. you need a crankshaft. the seals aren't something we can change. crank is pressed together with seals going on first.
