oem storage cover in great shape, not much sun fading, no tears or rips... there is one place on the rear where the stitching has come un done, about 4 inch section but can easily be sewn back together. came un stitched because i tried to pull it over the seat while front was still down, so it's not coming apart from age etc... fits very tight! can get pictures in the next few days as well.
