96 xp

i have a 96 xp that was in boxes when i bought it...while putting it back together i noticed that the cable bracket on the oil pump was broken..the seadoo dealer says that this part is only sold with a new oil pump. does anyone know where i can get a new bracket without the pump? or how to eliminate the oil pump all together?

Take a look at the part web site here on this forum. I believe you can access it from the main page. It has break down of every part. Maybe you can order it there.

I do also believe you can get rid of the pump with an oil block off kit. These are all over ebay. I have not done one, so you should ask someone who has.
