I have a 96 seadoo XP. Its a great fun jetski but is giving me a bit of a problem.
It runs great and strong until i add gas. After i add fuel, it will run for about 5 seconds and cut off. then it will not start at all. it takes about 5 minutes of cranking before it will finally hit and after it hits it still takes about 4 cranks to get it running without shutting off. After its running its just sitting at about 800 rpm no matter where the throttle is at and after about 2 minutes of sputtering it finally kicks and starts to go. it will bog for a bit but after a few mintues of WOT riding it smooths out and everything goes back to normal. it will run great and strong until i add gas again. then i repeat that process, and i have killed many batterys in this process.
This is a big headache, any help will be greatly appreciated.
