i just rebuilt my pump and went to water test it today. it ran fine then all of a sudden at WOT it seemed like it was choking out. lost power. if i tap the trim up or down it seems to rev a little but goes back to the same problem. if i turn it off for a few seconds, it ran fine. the problem seems to come and go. any solutions????

:agree: Pull the pump and make sure the impeller is not too tight. Make sure thrust washer and bearing are not wedged in shaft groove. To check,
manually pull and push jet pump housing, some axial play must be felt. Also make sure you torques it to spec and it spins freely. Torque is 52lbft/ft
