I just bought a 1996 Seadoo speedster. Port engine starts fine. Starboard engine turns over but won't fire. There is spark and fuel. Thought problem might be in the carburetor so I pulled them off. As I was taking them off, I noticed both ports of the intake were full of fuel. I mean to the very top. I'm no expert but this is not normal is it. If it isn't then what would cause this issue. The guy I bought it from said both carbs were new on that engine. Any help would be appreciated.
