now i know where all goes exept 2 small orings - on my pump big oring i assume goes on cone but small ones in the house fittings on the pump? they are not conected to anything should i just seal them up with silicone and leave 2 orings alone? I mean there is 2 openings in a jet pump housing but there is no holes in the hull so they are dummys.

Is your boat equipped with bailers or bilge pump? Those o-rings might be the two that go to bailer pickup tubes between venturi and jet pump body. Too bad even the parts catalog don't have any part number for those two to point you the place where they should reside.

edit. Is it the part# 17 in parts catalog? since your boat doesn't have bailer system... epc.brp.com/ for better pics without huge background text that parts shops sites have.

It has a blidge pump but that outlet does not go anywhere near jet pump.No bailer system here.
Also anyone here knows a place to buy cheap hand air pump with gauge to check jet pump seal? I belive it needs 1/4 inch ending but not sure on this one.

They are for the Venturi. I just rebuilt my pump and Venturi.
Here is a picture showing the location and rings

I was looking for a cheap one too, but failed.
My plan is to take the pump off after a few trips and do an inspection.

ooo kkkk

now i get it but still what is the purpose of sealing this 2 openings - they dead end on the boat body - i think i just sillicone that off so no water gets inthere - no rust.
Here is other end of jet:photo.JPG

The two holes go through pump top and into the hull.
The two holes look like plugged by dirt. There are two rubber seals sitting there. Use a small pick to dig a little bit to see if they are there and you can dig them out and clean them.

Correction: the two rubber seals maybe sitting on the pump side, not so sure now even I did it a couple of weeks ago :-)

Im sure right now on my 95 speedster these are not in use and i think i will fill both with silicone just as i found it after dissasembly.- I guess they were using same pump housing on many models including mine that does not need this 2 cavities at all.I have only one pipe commiong out of that thing - nothing else to connect there left. :)) Gosh y this manuals do not show model differences.

But I did totally replace the oil inside. Just didn't check for the leak.
Just make yourself feel better knowing your are immersed in new expensive synthetic.

I do not want to scare anyone but in seadoo repair/maintenance manual there was something like that: 8-10 PSI of air preasurre is a must when replacing bearings and seals in jetpump to seat the seal properly.
I'm not going to mess with that pump - it spins oil was black - will replace oil and leave it alone - i did wear rings and replaced seal bearing because i killed it:) Now all spins nice...
