I don't think you are going to find aftermarket gauges that will work without rewiring, your best bet is to find original gauges either on this forum or EBay, also Minnetonka4me has a lot of used stuff.
I did put an aftermarket tach. on my pwc, its a Trail Tech, but its an add on, not a replacement. www.trailtech.net
