At idle both engines run smooth, under acceleration the passenger engine drops RPM (feels like it is only running on one cylinder).
The following has been done:
Spark Plugs have been changed numerous times
Appears to be no issues with Spark Plug wires.
Both Carbs have been rebuilt
Fuel flow is fine, filter is not clogged.
Both Batteries are new

.....I have heard that a bad sensor could be causing the drop of RPM, I have not been able to find anything on the forum about said sensor....

I am in need of help, the repair shop has had it since the summer of last year and still can not figure out my problem.

thanks in advance,
Ryan.

I had done a compression test last year before I brought it in, and everything was in spec. But I can not remember what the numbers were.
I will have to ask the shop to re-check it and give me some numbers.

It sounds to me that it's the voltage regulator/rectifier, try disconnecting the red wire, if the problem clears up you need a new voltage regulator.
