96 speedster Compression and spark plug question

I have been doing some searching relating to my other thread. I ran a compression test and pulled 130 from each cylinder, however the sparkplugs have some oil on them. What would that mean?

Im compression is similar and the boat otherwise runs okay, then this is ....well, okay. But it is not great.

130 is a little on the low side.

Out of curiosity, what is it you are looking for? Is the boat giving you some type of trouble that made you check compression?
