96 speedster cavitation

Any one have a list of culprits for cavitation on these boats? Just looking for a rundown so I don't miss any thing.

wear ring, neoprene seal between pump and hull/pump support, carbon seal/carrier bearing on drive shaft, sealant between ride plate and pump shoe and hull....perhaps some more?

Thx . did not think about the ride plate shoe and hull will add it to my list.
