For Sale 96 SeaDoo XP 787 Only 4 Hrs
So I picked up this ski from a guy a Month ago. The story was this guy Mark bought it brand new from a dealer in Houston TX in March of 1996. Mark was a Computer engineer. He had two homes here in Austin TX and a home in Russia.* From what he told me he road it twice on Lake Austin. He said he didn't even beach the hull it was from trailer to water and back. I only had Seadoo full synthetic oil in it. He gave me the gallon of oil he got with the ski its 1/4 full still. It was last stored in 2004 in a million dollar garage that was climate controlled with the oem cover on it.* What was even crazier was he handed me a SeaDoo fogger oil and said he fogged the motor and siphoned all the gas from the tank in 2003. At this point I was pissing my pants. I was looking at a showroom condition ski that was properly stored.
Condition of the ski:* There is only three small scuffs both sides were the seat rubs the hull and one on the back that most likely could be buffed out.* Motor is still perfect white paint on all the bolt. I would normally do all the maintenance before selling but this boat has even had a wrench touch it yet. Clean clean clean.* I fogged the motor again and did a compression test and it was 150psi within 2-3sec of cranking. The PTO gray cover doesn't even have more the one line of white grease on it. The sticker that is missing on the hood came off from Mark washing it before he sold it to me.* I already ordered a oem xp replacement. Seat is perfect no holes. Pad is Perfect.* Gauges are so bright it almost hurts your eyes. Th bottom of the hull doesn't even have one light scratch. The ride plate and intake are still perfect black paint. Pump brass looks like it was polished its so clean. I used my programmer to pull the hours and I shit myself but it only said 4hrs and on it and on the rental hrs it said 4hrs and 13mins.
Trailer: Is just as perfect have all paper brochures from when he bought the trailer with the ski. Tires still have the rubber hairs from molding of the new tire. All bolts are still shiny and no rust what so ever. Clear paper work.
I would keep the ski for myself, but I can't it would cry if I scratched it. I was thinking also of selling it to the Jettrim jetski Museum. I know my asking price is on the higher side, but you won't see a 96xp this clean and low of hrs again.
ASKING $3950 w/Trailer Please no low balls I don't need to sell this I just want to find it the right home.
Thanks
Jess
