I was cleaning up my files today and found a bunch of photos of one of my seadoo jet boat projects I completed and sold. Here is where I started:
I bought the boat in rough shape with a engine that had a cracked cylinder exhaust port due to water freezing in it. Luckily I had cylinders and only had to buy pistons and a gasket set.
As soon as I got the engine running it was to the upholstery. All fabric and foam was purchased through rochfordsupply. To fix the seat I cut out the old foam and glued the new in with spray adhesive.
Then the vinyl was stretched on in one piece:
I ran out of red fabric and in the mean time my hydroturf arrived:
