96 seadoo speedster. Left engine stopped starting just now

Was driving great today
Now the left engine doesn't click or even do anything
Right engine starts right up
Could It be the battery or one of the batteries?
That is my better running engine this is weird

If you have dual batteries, swap them. See what happens.

Could be as simple as a loose connection at the battery, ground or solenoid.

I put new batteries in and it started but now it started doing it again.

Sometimes the left engine actually starts and then won't shut off until I pull the key. Then it won't start until I mess with a bunch of plugs and then it suddenly started a couple times. I am recharging the batteries since they were new and one was at 12.1v but I am not convinced that is my problem. When it isn't starting it does not crank or anything and the right engine has consistently been starting weather the left does or not.
