What's up well my old lady got this boat was suppose to be in running condition.we first got it I had to do the drive shaft and PTO,took it out to the lake ran good noticed rave valve leaking replaced all the boots and such.took it back to the lake did fine.I noticed water was spraying all over the place again. Come to find out the expansion pipe was cracked at the flange.replaced that.now it will start and pretty much just wants to die won't respond to throttle.when I put it in the water is won't start at all.since the expansion pipe leak ive rebuild carbs.compression is 150 and 149,new plugs.Still the same thing...what else would I be missing? It ran fine before the pipe broke fully.any suggestions would be awesome I'm close to selling it

If you feel real good about your carbs i would start checking electrical things. Battery, grounds, spark, rectifier etc. But if something didnt go right with the carbs it could be causing your problem.
