:hurray: I just picked up two 96 seadoo's. I look at them in my shop a week or so ago. The GTX has a bad cylinder (40 psi compression) so it is off for a while. The GSX has a bad ecm. I put the ecm form the gtx in the gsx last week and it works. The ski starts on the trailer. I expect to have to go through the carbs though.
question does any one know what is in the key/lanyard? is it a resistor?? a capacitor?? See 96 is just before the auto makers started the smart keys with the smart tag chip in them.
