96 GTX stalling

Replaced my plugs in my ski, and when i go about 30 mph, and hit a wave it just stalls right out. Engine is able to start again immediately, but this should not happen like this.

I have no idea where to start with this one, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You say you replaced your plugs...........and when you hit a wave, it dies on you but will start right back up......
A little more info would be nice. Do you mean, when you hit a huge wave and go airborne (ski completely out of water) and come back down hard, it just dies on you?
What did the old plugs look like?
First guess for me is that you may have an electrical short. If your riding and everything runs good, then you bounce down really hard and it shuts down and your able to start it right back up, then you may have a loose wire; ground wire probably.
