just wondering if someone could tell me how to hold the crank when tightening the fly wheel. i have the proper spline wrench to use to torque.but i dont want to grab the crank from the other end to do it. ive heard bad things about throwing crank out of time on snowmobiles and i think the same could happen pwc.realy dont want to put anything down on the piston either.

anyway ill do what i have to do but wondering if some one could throw me a line to answer my question.

thanks

........?

If you still have the exhaust manifold off, stuff a rag in the MAG cylinder and then you should be able to torque it. The crank is true and welded in the center, so use the MAG and not the PTO piston.
