Ok, this is how it goes.
Drains all batteries. Even boosted from my truck, "Low Voltage" flashes, starter barely catches. When it does turnover, it won't fire (spark), and the starter keeps turning even with key removed. It's almost as if the starter is sucking all the juice. Could be a bad starter, but before I buy another one, I am asking for opinions. So, this is what i have done:
1) Replaced Starter.
2) Checked for proper ground connection.
3) Opened the boxes, checked for moisture, rusted connectors, blown fuses...
4) Changed Spark plugs
5) About to give up... No shop around has time to even look at it.

Try different battery thats charged, or charge the one in ski, mak'n sure its up in volts. By jumping it, then disconnecting, battery was probly to weak for what the rectifier was sending to it, thus still low volt reading.?

Tried a fresh fully charged battery. What would cause the starter to keep Turning even after I pull the Lanyard? It did that with the old starter. Now I installed a new one, and still does it. To a point where it melts the battery terminal, and I need to rush to disconnect the terminal. Must be a short somewhere, just don't know where it could be. Keep in mind, when it cranks, i am not getting any spark at the plugs.

solenoid....

Your solenoid may be fried. Does it come on when ever you attach the battery? Or does it only come on and stay on when you hit the start/stop button? When your engine is turning over, have you checked the plugs for spark?

You may have a bad solenoid but because you can't get a start and depending on whether or not, you get fire on the plugs, you may have a bad MPEM.

Check your 5 amp fuse.

5 amp fuse?

What about the 5 amp fuse?

That button is the start/stop button. Means, it's pushed to start, then it's pushed to stop.

Try this. With the lanyard off the post, hit the start/stop button 5 times. You should hear a short and long beep. This tells you that your in advanced diagnostics mode.

Then, put your lanyard cap on the post. If there is a shorted mpem, you'll know by the number of beeps you get.

Try that and let me know what happens.

Ok, did the "Start button" 5 times without Lanyard plugged. I got the Short - long beep. When I connected the Lanyard, Nothing... I tried about 5 times.. Nothing...
About the 6th time I did it, I finally got the normal "quick Beep-beep"...
I guess I will replace the ground Wire... I can't think of anything else.
Btw, I hooked a New battery, and the dash still showed "Low Volt" ? Any Ideas?
