96 Challenger Low Speed Setting

Some say 1 and some say 1.25 can someone please verify?

I tuned mine just barely a hair off seated on the Pto high side, 1 1/2 turns low and seated the high side on the mag carb and 1 1/2 turns on the low. That low circuit concerns me at the very top of the rpm range right before the high side transitions and starts feeding fuel, there is a lean spot there with any less fuel on the low side.
