951 XP Reed Spacers?

Found a set of reed spacers and was wondering if they are worth getting or not? Will they add any performance to a stock ski? I have carbon tech reeds on the new motor. Just looking for any upgrades I can do while its apart.

depend'n on thickness of spacer, will allow it for either crisp throttle response and/or improve powerband in low/mid or mid/high rpm range. As long as theres room, nuth'n aint bind'n up, why not?

I just didn't know if it was worth doing. I know on my snowmobiles some have actually hurt them (loose performance). I've always had to do alot of research for it but didn't find much on the ski's.

In my opinion, I don't think they'll make much difference. The design of how they are set up to work from the start is sufficient. Now, in the Yamahammers, they are designed at an angle. I could see putting them in that type model...........but not the 951 :cheers:
