951 di Compressor blowing lines again

Hey guys,
I have an 01 GTX 951 di. Last summer it puked the compressor piston in a bad way. I bought a big boat so the GTX sat half fixed until recently. I put in a new compressor rebuild kit and replaced the 4mm hose that goes from the compressor to the solenoid valve. She ran great on the hose and got full fuel pressure again. I put it in the water and ripped around for about five minutes before I got a maint message and it started running bad. I brought it back in, loaded it up and brought it home. Turns out the 4mm hose ruptured/melted again. I said ok, it's not cooling. Checked the coolant lines and found the exit that goes to the silencer seemed blocked. I blew it out and it looked like water was flowing so I decided it was fixed. Same thing... Out on the water, 4mm hose gets hot at the compressor and blows a hole.
What other reason could be that the compressor isn't cooling? Any suggestions on where to look next?

Thanks for any help!

All of the small 3/32" oil lines should be replaced.

Hopefully you didn't ruin the new compressor.

I don't think I did, but it's hard to tell for sure. I put it in the water to test it last night, but the line ruptured slightly again. I'm hopeful that I didn't cut the damaged section back far enough and it was just weak. That's what it seemed like. The line didn't get hot like before. It ran great, but wouldn't idle and had a slight pop in the exhaust after it happened.
I'm going to try just replacing the tube today and try it again.

My 2000 951 RXDI is doing the same thing..runs great till it blows that line, cut the bad line when it is blown where it connects to the compressor,it will idle and run great again maybe for hrs or 10 minutes..then blows the line and repeat and of course that size line part is discontinued...

I'm going to beat this thing lol I didn't get a chance to test it yesterday and it's raining today. Tomorrow should be perfect.
I bought replacement line recently. Here is the link. Not cheap, but the right stuff.

EDIT: I don't believe the hose I had a link to was factory replacement like it was advertised as. I removed the link. It worked for a few minutes and then I had to replace it with some harder, high heat hose.

Are you using the correct hose?,,incorrect hose will quickly melt
Is the oil line connected
Are the cooling lines connected

All good questions. I bought the right hose, but even though it's the right stuff from Sea-doo I'm not impressed with it. I'm going to try something more heat resistant if the current replacement I have doesn't fix it.
The oil line wasn't connected after I first rebuilt the compressor. The last time I fixed the melted line I found and connected it. When I took it out it melted slightly again, but not as bad. It might have been that I didn't cut the damage back far enough and it was weak.
The cooling lines are connected, clear and flowing.
I need to replace the melted tube and test it one more time this week.

Thanks.

Just got back from an awesome test ride. Not even a hiccup. I rode it for about an hour. Took it up to 7,200 rpms and she loved it. It was pretty choppy. Skipping over the waves the speedo read 55mph.
While I was in there replacing the compressor line again, I installed a water shut off for towing behind my boat and a battery shut off so I don't have to unscrew the terminal every time.
Thanks for all the help from everyone.
