Anyone know a cross reference number for an aftermarket bearing? Stockers are 50 A PIECE!

I was actually wondering about the quality if the stockers-no part numbers, made in...., or brand. I cant imagine Seadoo makes their own bearings, and getting them from the manufacturer(if I can figure out who it is), should be much cheaper. Gonna try a local bearing shop Thur.

part number for bearing on my 951 motor shows number 6208 crossed it to many bearings like http://www.amazon.com/Koyo-Single-Groove-Radial-Bearing/dp/B000MNDGN8

but to make sure you buy exactly what you need measure mic your inside diam and outside diam and depth of it, you need a high quality bearing to make sure it will not fail....for me I would consider sticking with oem, unless you find the name of the oem bearing....like the one I link to is a koyo 6208-cs bearing cs is chrome steel.....so you really need to know exactly what you are buying, do not just go to autozone or what not and order a 10-$15 bearing. Quality bearings cost $$$$. You should be able to call a dealer and ask them for the part number and manufacture of the oem crank bearings.....do not tell them you plan on buying elsewhere.

top right hand corner of the forum.....parts link and looked up my 951 motor and the large crank bearings #3 in the picture, shows the part and that number.
