Hi all, first time posting. These are great forums, I have been reading them a lot finding some good info.
I have a 95 xp 720. I had not run the ski in a while and I took it to a shop to have them fix it up and get it running for the season. I had them take off the oil injector to just run pre-mix as well. When I started it up out of the water it fired right up and seemed to run fine.
When I put the ski in the water it didn't run so well. For about 3 mins it seemed good as new running fine, then all of a sudden I couldn't get it to go over a slow crawl. It acted like it would not rev up or it wasn't getting gas. After a min or two it just died, then couldn't get it running in the water.
It does have the gray fuel lines which I will be changing out. I believe they are 6mm from checking the parts inspector. Is this correct?
I am not sure what else it could be. I am going to double check that they did everything correctly when removing the oil injector.
I am not very mechanically inclined so the more detail the better. Thank you very much for the help.
