95 XP major water in engine

hi,

I have a 1995 XP. I've been chasing some carb problems and water leaks from the exhaust into the hull but have those mostly fixed. A few days ago after riding the ski for only about 15 minutes it started running poorly, quit, and wouldn't restart. It's been sitting in my driveway for a few days and this morning i started to work on it only to find water up the base of the carbs in the intake!.. never a good sign. Any suggestions to fix or should i just part it out and be done with it.

water in motor

Hi Everyone !:cheers:
I offered to fix a friends after 787 motor, it filled with water on launch at the dock,
I just dryed it out, then replaced base and head gaskets ? I did not see any problems with any parts:rofl:
I started it on trailer at launch it ran then cut to one cyl. again water entered the rear cyl
I just started it again to keep motor from rusting:reddevil:
can anyone offer ideas how water is entering the rear cyl when running
the exhaust does not seem to be pluged
