95 xp fuses keep popping

ok I have a 95 xp in here with yet another electircal problem. I put an sbt motor in this unit and while test riding all of a sudden the seadoo just dies no juice so I get it back to the shop I find that the 5 amp fuse was blown so I un plugged the rectifier and it kept popping so according to people on here that means the mpem is bad. soo I happened to have another mpem in the shop put it in and now the 15 amp fuse keeps blowing right when I hit the start button...any idea what could be causing this?

I had some problems along those lines but found out that my battery had reverse polaritty. Check your grounds and all your cables.

a while ago my 96 xp was blowing the fuses.turns out it was the vts motor.how it did that i dont know but I replaced the motor and it was fixed.maybe yours is bad mayb its not but thats just my experience.later 105.1 the blaze
