95 xp carb problem. need help

cant seem to get it running worked on it for about a month. this ski set for over a year before i got it and this is what i have done so far, took out gas tank and gave it a good cleaning, replaced all of the fuel lines and filters changed the spark plugs and rebuilt the carbs. now it runs on the trailer but backfires out of the front carb and cant get it to throttle up very well and when in water it hardly runs at all. thanks to all how have the time to look at my problem and any help would be greatly appriceated.

I would check the condition of the rotary valve and its oring also make sure it is in time. If everything in the RV area looks good open the mag housing and look at the condition of the stator and flywheel because if it sat with water in there and rusted, that could be a problem allso look at the shear key in the flywheel to see if it is sheared. :cheers:
