95 xp 720 pipe bolts coming loose

This is a new one for me. I have a friend with the 95' 720 xp. The four bolts/studs holding the pipe to the exhaust manifold work themselves loose enough in 30 minutes of riding to almost flood the hull. He did some quick research and said it points towards worn pipe mounts on the lower pipe half.

Does anyone have experience with this situation? I want to get his machine set for the 4th weekend.

Yes, you need the bushings with flat washers and spacer sleeves. I also use blue loctite 242 on the screws. If they're shot or missing it's going to keep happening. This is a common problem.

It's 2 halves and 1 sleeve per mounting point.
