95 SPX hesitation after carb rebuild

95 spx with 657, fuel lines changed, selector valve new, rebuilt carbs. Runs good on the trailer and water hose. Idles great. It accepts the throttle normally. Under load in the water it will only accept a tiny bit of throttle, that gets you to maybe 5 MPH. After that it is complete bog down and shut down. Especially if you try the to press the throttle quickly. The rebuild on it's twin went well and it runs ok. I musta screwed something up...Any thoughts , suggestions, ideas? Oh the hi speed is at zero and the low adj set at about 1 1/4 turns out...I don't remember the exact pop off but it was in spec. Could the filters in the carb be clogged already? The inline filter is clean. Tank was siphoned out and it has fresh gas. Any help appreciated.

Check pop offs I set mine at 26 works great manual said 22-29
also check the check valves there are two both of mine were clogged one will let air in at top of ski under hatch the other exits out of left side of ski sitting on it
use Oem rebuild kits eBay$145 they come with a needle and seats too

Only all new genuine Mikuni parts including needles and seats. Do not use the new springs in the kits. Follow the carb rebuild thread sticky exactly.

Follow-up,I removed and replaced the aftermarket kits with the genuine Mikuni. Unit runs good on the trailer with a water hose attachment. Gonna do the wear ring/ pump next on this one.
