95 speedster questions

i have a 95 speedster and i am seeing from everyone saying that this thing has a 10 gal/hr fuel usage? how correct is that? what could i do to improve that?

If 2 carbs per motor, swap out the intake manifold, for a single application carb, strict the air more...?

Slow Down

Minimum plane is at 4000 rpm, equal to about 20 mph and 4 gallons per hour

Full speed is 7000 rpm, 50 mph and 10 gallons per hour
