I just bought a 95 Speedster , it has premix , previous owner running stihl ultra hp 2 stroke oil in it, I was wondering if it was good oil for these (seems to exceed all requirement by far) also could I switch over without draining the gas, I've read it's not good to mix oils. Don't Believe fuel gauge is working so I'm not sure how much is in it, was gonna fill it up before taking it out. The stihl oil is very expensive, I was also planning on going 40:1. Thanks

40:1 and any API-TC rated oil, not TC-W3 or one that says it will cover both.

K ok to mix it with this stihl premix , it's very expensive about $100 a gallon. Still is " Certified JASO-FB (exceeds API TC) "

You are crazy running any oil that is that expensive. It won’t protect you engine better than the seadoo oil that’s only $36 a gallon.
