I'm so mad at the boat shop that checked out my speedster before we went on vacation. He said he checked all the hoses and tightened them all up. we just bought this boat and the left side engine would idle fine and rev out of water but under load that engine would bog down and you would have to feather the throttle up and down to get to full throttle. So we took it to them to check it out. Fast forward,, on the lake i did a little messing with the carb to maybe fix the problem and what did i find??? the oil injection line totally missing on the pto carb base!!! and so i fiddled with the other MAG side to see it if was intack, and it fell off in my hand!!! WTF@!! so on vacation i replaced these tubes..so glad I didnt fry my motor! still working on the hesitation with a full rebuild of carbs.
in the picture the carbs are off but you can see the new lines i replaced earlier..they need a clamp of somesort before i install the carbs back on.
