Hi I just recently bought a 95 speedster first trip out it wasn't running right so I took it to get fixed. It was just a couple little things like fuel filter and new battery. It ran good for the next couple day then the one motor quit on me. When we got home I opened up the electrical box and found a complete mess. Wires cut, wires jumpered, over fusing, the one mpem was very hot. From what I can see it is not the original mpem it is a conversion with two separate modules. I am guessing that something was wrong with it when the previous owner had it and they just screwed with it to get it running to sell. I need some help I put all the wiring in the boat back to the way it should be as per the service manual. And it still doesn't work. Would anyone have a wiring diagram for the conversion kit? Or does a done know how to test the modules? Any help would be great! Thanks.

Post photos of box/wiring - there's a member here that builds conversion boxes.
I think his is an oem box.

Yes that looks like the box that my shop/service manual shows but no what I have. I have the modules out right now but I will post picture of the Box and the modules. Someone has also removed the boost swith from the boat so there is only two solenoids and one battery in the boat.

What a mess - You keep saying modules (as in 2 ???)
I only have 1 battery, so the center jump solenoid does nothing.

Note;
Did they use 2 PWC modules for your boat?

yes the boost solenoid is gone I just have the two for the individual starts now. and yes there is a separate module for each motor. not sure if they just used 2 pwc modules or I can find a conversion kit on seadoosource.com that looks like what I have so maybe it one of those. Has anyone tried just using two modules for a 95 seadoo XP or SPX.

That looks like someone already converted it. Contact Minnetonka4me as he will be able to help you out.

So what is it actually doing or not doing? Yeah that is some hack job conversion with aftermarket MPEMS...

Well it ran when I got it but the gauges bilge pump and lights didn't work. The tacks would work when it first started but then quit. Then the one motor quit the one day and wouldn't started again. Took the electrical box apart and it was a mess. Should have taken a picture but it didn't most of the wires weren't hooked up and a bunch were hooked up to both. The one module was so hot you could not touch it. But the other one would still run. Is there a way to test them by checking the resistance through the boards? Also can buy two mpems for a 95 XP and wire them up separately cause I can find them online for not a bad price? Thanks for the help!
