95 SP moves at idle

Hello,

My 95 SP moves at nice pace as soon as I start it up - pulls away from the dock at a nice clip. Do I need to adjust the idle? If so how would I do that. I have the manual and I cannot seem to find how (the index in fairly useless for everything I have looked up). Been poking around the threads and have found out not to adjust the low end screw to adjust the idle.

This might help locate the idle screw. (looking down at the carbs from the flame arrestor side)

thanks JPX would it be in the same place for a single carb? And would adjusting it down stop me from pulling away from the dock at startup?
