95 GTX Dying after 20 min

Hey guys I am thinking of buying a 95 GTX but not so sure. Here is my problem after riding for about 20 min it dies and sometimes it will start back up but not always. Any suggestions?

My friend is selling this 95 GTX and a 94 XP with a nice trailer for $2k
is it worth it? They look in really good shape just want another opinion.

Probably a fuel delivery problem, on the stalling.

I'd compression check both of them, if Compression was good, then it is probably OK.

Anticipate replacing any gray fuel lines they may have, and cleaning out the fuel systems completely, and maybe a new battery (they like good batteries) and complete cleanout of carbs.

They are older skis.

what does the ignition system consist of? is there anything that could be getting hot and failing? or wet? anything I should try or look for?
