Ok I have a 94 xp in the shop. It has about 130 psi in one cylinder and 138-140 psi in the other. it has spark and I went through the carbs and cleaned them. I checked the exhaust to make sure it was not clogged but it is good and put brand new fuel in it..it is converted to premix but has no oil in bottom end i think whoever converted it didn't know there should be oil in the bottom end. anyway im thinking it is a crank seal it acts like it wants to start and will sputter once in awhile but no start any suggestions would greatly be apprciated...thanks
