I bought these 2 XPs a few days ago. The guy said the one is a 95 and the other is a 94. Looking around online I believe they are both 94s.
Anyway one runs, the other is missing the kill switch that your lanyard connects to. Idk if that's been wired together or what, but it will crank if you jump the solenoid but has no spark.
He said to premix them 50:1 but I noticed they do have oil injection. I haven't really had time to dig in and trace all the lines to see if they are hooked up or not.
So far I know the VTS does not work and for the one that runs the kill switch on the handle bar doesn't work.
I've never owned a PWC, but I've owned and done all my own work on boats to cars and golf carts to motorcycles, so I'm hear to learn the specifics about these skis.
I'm hoping to get the one running and then just give them What they need to get out on them next summer. Then maybe do a restore at the end of that season. What are some must do items I should plan for this spring before they see the lake?
