94 SPI fuel/oil system help

I am overhauling a '94 SPI. I am replacing all of the old gray fuel line with nice race fuel lines. I wasn't the one who took the lines off, however, and I need a little help getting them back on.
There are 3 nipples on the carb: a bottom one (closest to the hull), middle one, and top one (closest to the seat). I believe the bottom line is my intake from the fuel tank, the top one is a return through the filter to the tank. The middle one (labeled "pulse") I have no idea. There is also a gray fuel or (possibly oil line?) coming from the block (about 4 inches forward from the carb) that is broken off after about 8 inches, so I have no idea where to send that one either.
Could someone with an eye for diagrams or just with good knowledge of this engine help me out...please?

You should have an IN line, (Comes from water trap filter) RETURN LINE, (Returns excess fuel to tank), and PULSE line. The Pulse line hooks to the crankcase, and supplies a pulse of push/pull from the crank case, to work the fuel pump.

The Pulse line works the pump, pumping up a certain PSI, and then the excess fuel returns to the top of the fuel baffle, on top of the fuel tank, labeled RET.
