94 seadoo xp stalling out PEASE HELP

Hi I am very new to seadoos and all jet skis. I just bought a 94 seadoo xp 650 twin carb and it’s been running really good for the last few days. Now just yesterday I got out to the lake and took it out. Well I hit the throttle and I seemed as if every time I hit a small wave it would stall out. Well I put it on reserve and all of a sudden it starts running great. Today its doing horrible. The rpms are not steady at all. when idling they will bounce around 1000-2500.... Then when you hit the throttle it doesn’t even accelerate for a few seconds. When it finally does accelerate it immediately stalls out. I replaced the fuel filter and plugs but they didn’t help at all. Please help me out Thanks.

replace the grey fuel lines, clean/replace the fuel selector (on/off/res switch), and take carbs apart and clean..
