94 seadoo xp not running good at full throttle.

My 94 seadoo xp starts and idles great and goes to full speed but after 15 minutes of riding it when its warmed up it starts dogging when i open the throttle up. sometimes it will run up to 7000 rpm's but sometimes it will only go up to 4 grand no matter how much throttle i give it, also its running pretty rich. Does anybody know what could cause this issue? Ive cleaned the carbs, changed the plugs and wires and it helped a little but im not sure where to go from there. Thanks

disconnect the red wire from the rectifier, if that works, replace the rectifier

I will try that, unfortunatly its my first pcw and I'm just teaching myself about pwc's, I know about cars so i have a general idea but idk where the rectifier is, if you could let me know that would be great
