94 SeaDoo GTS does not start if gas tank is less than 1/2 full

My 94 GTS jetski does not use all of the fuel in the tank. When it is 1/2 full or less, it will only start on reserve, and with 1/3 tank it won't start at all. I checked the fuel siphon and there are no cracks or leaks - it is like new. Any ideas?

Pick up tube.........

If your ski works well, with a full tank of gas, to about 1/2, then you must switch to reserve to run further.....and there is no other issues, then the problem is in your pickup tube.
