94 GTX Cylinder Work ??

Just checked compression. 150lbs. front, 30lbs back. Pulled off cover and found the piston ring cracked and gouged the cylinder. Don't know if it would be better to have them bored or have new sleeves pressed in with a new top end kit. Don't really want to spend a ton of money on this. Times are tough. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
 
Depending on how bad the gouge is, it might be cheaper just to either get used cylinders and replace top end or Bore it out and new top end...Have it checked out by a machine shop first to see how bad the damage is, and go from there.

punching in new sleeves is a waste of money. get your jug checked. if it id too bad to bore, which it isn't, buy a used one and get it bored. it is about 200 bucks to re-sleeve.
