94 Bombardier wont start

Any help would be great....

We were out running the jet ski yesterday no problem, until it died. We had to swim it in. Looking at the engine we see a green hollow tube its one of the smallest tubes that came loose. Im pretty sure it plugs into the carb... any help? Thanks.

I would follow it to where it goes to and go from there. There should be a fitting somewhere it belongs.
