93 spx wont start. I have spark. HELP!!

I have a 93 spx that has spark and fuel but wont start. When i pull the plugs they are soaked. Tried grounding the plug wires and turning over, then when cylinders are dry putting the plugs back in. It has great spark and fuel to the carbs. Please help with any suggestions. Thanks!!

when you cranked the motor with the plugs out, did anything come out of the cylinders?

Yes some old nasty oil and sea doo lube that was sprayed in to free up seized up motor that sat for three years. Cleaned the carbs, pulled impulse line and turned over motor to pump out old oil. Put everything back together, shot some wd 40 in carbs and it fired up! Ran some extra oil in gas today on river so plugs fouled a little bit but better that blown motor!
