93 SP in storage a couple years. Took out, started and ran fine for 20 minutes. Then overheated. Took to dealer, and everything checked okay. Dealer blew out lines, etc. Back in water and ran fine again for 20-30 minutes. Then overheat. ANY IDEAS WOULD HELP. THANKS.

Did it really overheat? Try disconnecting the head temp sensor and seeing if it continues to work (not for long since if it REALLY is an overheat, you don't want to kill the engine). Replace the sensor.

But if you really are running hot, then you are not getting cooling water into the engine or the combustion in the engine is not going right (wrong spark plugs, timing, fuel mixture).
